It is easy for people to think that people who are struggling with body/weight issues that they should eat certain foods. Those foods are usually not very appealing. Green Mountain at Fox Run shows you that food choices should meet your hunger needs, fuel your body, and be BEAUTIFUL and VIBRANT. The meals they serve here are meals ANYone and EVERYone would want to eat.

    • You think so? I am learning about portions and how feeding my body well means smarter, not necessarily more… I was full after that meal and it surprised the hell outta me!
